中文摘要 | 本研究的目的,在於了解地工織物特性與其受環境之影響;選擇常用的聚酯纖維(Polyester Fiber,PET) 與聚丙烯纖維 (Polypropylene Fiber, PP) 兩種地工織物,進行模擬環境之酸鹼處理與日光曝晒,並且使用電子顯微鏡的觀察,研究其表面破壞情形與強力下降的關係。實驗結果顯示,酸性環境下,對地工織物的強力影響不大;而在鹼液環境長時間作用下,PET地工織物其纖維表面產生剝落現象,纖物強力下降50%以上;而PP地工織物在紫外線長時間曝晒作用下,織物產生裂解,甚至破斷。藉由本研究,可深入了解環境條件對地工織物影響甚鉅, 與審慎選擇適當纖維原料之重要性。 |
英文摘要 | The aim of this study is to understand the effect of light-exposure and acid-base treatment on the properties of geo-textiles. The geo-textiles made of PET and PP fibers were treated with acid-base solution and light-exposure. The fracture of the fiber was examined by SEM. The results indicated that the geo-textiles were effected by hydrolysis, but kept no change in strength with the acid treatment. That the surface of PET fiber was peeled off caused the strength decrease above 50% with base treatment. On the other hand, the result shows that PP geo-textiles was even broken for a long time light-exposure. In this study, we recognized that it was very important to chose suitable type of fibers to be the materials of geo-textiles. |
