中文摘要 | 本試驗在明池苗圃進行,以臺灣扁柏苗苗哺氮施肥為例,探討試驗前篩選對處理 效應的影響。苗木在試驗前依高度分為強度與弱度篩選兩組,施以五個處理等級的氮肥 0、 50、100、150 及 200 Kg/ha,每隔 40 天觀測苗高變化,重複觀測五次。 以混合模式做重 複觀測的分析,將時間效應分離,使處理效應顯現。分析結果顯示在兩篩選強度下,施肥處 理均有效,但兩者顯著性不盡相同,以強度篩選為佳,且其模式所估計的標準機差較小。 |
英文摘要 | The consequences of pre-treatment screening of experimental material on treatment effects was determined using nitrogen fertilization of nursery grown Taiwan cypress (Chamaecyparis obtusa var. formosana). Conducted at the Min -Chi Nursery, the experiment consisted of two independent trials, one with strong pre-treatment screening of seedlings based on heigh, and the other one with minimal height screening. Each trial used a repeated measures design with fertilization as the main factor and time as the repeated measurement factor. There were five levels of fertilization: no fertilizer, 50, 100, 150 and 200kg/ha of nitrogen, with each level replicated six times. For each experimental unit, five height measurements were taken at 40-day intervals. A mixed model procedure was used to analyze the data. Nitrogen fertilization did promote seedling height growth, and strong pre-screening of the experimental material could indeed reduce the standard errors and increase the significance of the treatment effects. |
