中文摘要 | 本研究之主要目的為針對一具有全球代表性的綠豆種原, 探討其外形性狀遺傳歧 異的地理分布模式。本研究共計評估了來自於 8 大地理區域中 50 個國家的 5,363 份種原 ,所評估之外形性狀包括測度性狀及等級性狀共計 31 個。等級性狀遺傳歧異分析結果顯示 ,不同地理來源所搜集的種原,各性狀等級間的分布頻度不同,以南亞區域的種原呈現最高 的多型性, 其中又以印度種原的多型性最為豐富:Shannon-Weaver 歧異指數(Ⅱ′)之估 算結果則顯示同一地理來源中的歧異度依性狀之不同而各異,而同一性狀在不同地理來源中 的歧異度也不同。測度性狀在各不同地理來源下性狀表現的變域、均值及變異係數( CV ) 均為不同,而變方分析結果亦證實各性狀在不同地理區域間之表現確呈極顯著差異。因此顯 見分布在各不同地理來源的種原,已因農業環境或人為選拔等因素的影響而產生了外形性狀 遺傳歧異分布不同的現象。另由性狀間相關分析結果顯示,無論測度或等級性狀,性狀彼此 之間存有複雜的相關關係。 |
英文摘要 | The objective of this study is to describe the distribution of morphological diversity based on geographic origin within the world collection of mungbeans. A total of 5,363 accessions from 50 countries groups into 8 regions were analysed. In this study, the traits recorded by the absolute-value of measurement were called" numerical traits", and the traits expressed as states of descriptor were called "coded traits". Thirty-one traits comprising fifteen numerical traits and sixteen coded traits were evaluated. For coded traits, the phenotypic frequency distribution was different according to various geographic origin. The Southern Asia has the highest degree of polymorphism, and India was the most polymorphic country within the Southern Asia. The estimates of the Shannon-Weaver diversity index for the coded traits were variable among geographic origin, and the diversity within a region/country also varied, depending on the evaluated traits. As for numerical traits, the results of summary statistics showed differences among geographic regions in their ranges, means and coefficient of variation (CV) . Significant differences among geographic regions were observed for all traits. It is evident that the distribution of morphological diversity was different among various geographic region due to the agricultural environmental, and/or human-selection factor. Besides, complicated correlations existed among numerical and coded tratits. |
