中文摘要 | 分析臺糖公司 1995 年 1 月 至 1997 年 12 月,312 頭荷蘭乳牛之泌乳性能資 料,以做為現場管理技術之改進及日後乳牛事業展之參考;並做為牛隻遺傳性能之評估資 料,以選育優良種牛,促使牛群泌乳性能改良。分析結果:胎次平均為 2.15 胎,乳牛每日 每頭平均乳量 20.2 kg,其中以七月份的平均乳量 17.8 kg 為最低,一月份乳量最高為 22.7 kg ,乳脂含量平均為 3.68% ,蛋白質含量為 3.15%,305-2X-ME 乳量平均達 6734kg ,牛乳中體細胞數為 58.6×10�捸�ml。在熱季裡(5∼9 月)牛乳中之乳脂含量 3.47%,顯 著的比涼季(10∼4 月)3.81% 低(p<0.01)。牛乳中體細胞數在熱季裡 69.2×10�捸�ml ,比涼季 54.2×10�捸�ml 高(p<0.05)。由資料顯示要提升牛乳產量及牛乳品質必須降 低牛乳中的體細胞數,尤其在炎熱的季節裡牛隻飼養管理技術仍待加強。對於更新之後裔乳 牛則須加強選拔並早期淘汰泌乳性能不良之牛隻,才能使牛群乳量提高。 |
英文摘要 | Milk yield and component data of 312 Holsteins on the farm of AIRI(TSC) were collected from 1995 to 1997. Milk yield performances included milk production, milk composition, and milk quality. The result of this data analysis could provide information for genetic evaluation and management improvement. The average parity of milking cows was 2.15; the average milk yield (305-2X-ME) and daily milk yield per cow were 6,734 kg and 20.2 kg, respectively. The lowest daily milk yield per cow was found in July (17.8 kg); the highest was found in January (22.7 kg). The average milk percentage of fat and protein in milk content were 3.68% and 3.15%, respectively. The average milk somatic cell count (SCC) in milk was 58.6×10��/ml. During the hot season (from May to Sept.), the average milk fat percentage in milk was 3.47%. This was highly significantly (p<0.01) lower than for the cool season (from Oct. to Apr.) which was 3.81%. During the hot season, the average SCC in milk was 69.2×10��/ml, significantly (p<0.05) higher than for the cool season at 54.2×10��/ml. The results indicated that production and quality of milk could be improved by decreased milk SCC; also, the milk production of the dairy herd could be enhanced by replacing the heifers possessing good genetic merit. |
