中文摘要 | 本文將探討利用線上氣相層析儀╱火燄離子化偵測法( on-line GC/FID )獲得 連續 24 小時排放管道中總碳氫化合物及非甲烷總碳氫化合物濃度變化之自動監測技術之應 用實務,並據以建立之檢測方法已經環保署於 87 年 1 月 6 日公告為國家標準檢測方法( 方法編號:NIEA A723.70B )。技術原理是參考美國環保署所公告之方法 18 及方法 25A, 將多點污染源之樣品以抽氣機經樣品傳輸管彙集後,利用電動式之源流選擇器及採樣閥依序 切入 GC/FID, 其中之採樣閥根據本方法之設計方式,可同時達成自動監測總碳氫化合物及 甲烷濃度之功能。本技術之特色為:(1) 多點污染源間無交互污染現象;(2) 方法偵測極限 可達 1 ppmv 左右;(3) 檢測一個樣品的時間為 1 分鐘。 |
英文摘要 | This work presented a novel test method for 24 hrs on-line continuous monitoring of total hydrocarbons and non-methane hydrocarbons in stack gas simultanelously. This method was also investigated by different field studies. The test method was developed on the basis of the principle of on-line GC/FID and the reference methods of US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)- Method 25A and 18. This method was promulgated by EPA of Taiwan, ROC, as Method NIEA A723.70B. In the proposed method, test samples were continuously pumped from sources and transfer lines into a stream selector and a sampling valve and, then, injected into two GC columns, empty and molecular sieve columns. In addition, an empty column was used to detect THC, in which molecular sieve column was for methane. Concentrations of THC and methane were then detected by FID, and NMHC concentration was obtained by subtracting methane from THC. Field study results indicated (1) no cross contamination among multiple sources; (2) low detection limit, about 1 ppmv (MDL); and (3) a short detection time of around 1 minute per sample. |
