中文摘要 | 於聚對苯二甲酸二乙酯( PET;Poly〔(ethylene terephthalate)〕快速聚合 反應中,有副反應發生時,易使合成之聚對苯二甲酸二乙酯色澤偏黃,本觸媒組合物主要是 改善聚對苯二甲酸二乙酯色澤,使其顏色偏藍;且有些配方除可改善色澤又可加速其聚合反 應。本觸媒組合物是由一般聚對苯二甲酸二乙酯的聚合反應觸媒再加上鹼金屬族醋酸鹽類所 組合而成,該所指之聚合反應觸媒為銻和錳或鎂或鋅或鈣或鈷或鉛系化合物。 |
英文摘要 | Preparing PET using PTA Process produces the side reaction which causes PET to have a yellowish color. The faster the reaction rate implies a larger amount of side reaction products; the problem of yellow color of PET is more serious as well. The catalystic compositions for the preparation of PET have alleviated the yellow color problem. The catalystic compositions comprise of the general type catalysts of Sb and Mn or Mg or Zn or Ca or Co or Pb series compounds and additive. The additive is selected from alkali metal acetate. |
