中文摘要 | 貨櫃儲位指派為貨櫃進存前的先期計劃,係貨櫃進存前預先將貨櫃指定存放於特定儲位之程序。由於並非每只貨櫃的屬性均能事前預知,目前在貨櫃集散站及港區貨櫃基地貨櫃之儲位,仍由人工依經驗法則進行指派。此種指派方式可能造成儲區容量未有效運用,亦造成不必要的翻櫃作業,導致作業成本上昇。本文嚐試發展出多種堆積策略,並比,較其作業效率。貨櫃區分為屬性已知及未知兩類,堆積貨櫃之機具包含跨載機、貨櫃堆積機及高架換載機三種,而作業時間則由機具移動時間、存取貨櫃時間及翻櫃時間所組成經比較不同堆積策略發現,機具移動時間對堆積策略優勢順位之影響極微,而翻櫃時間則成為決定堆積策略優勢順位之關鑑因素。 |
英文摘要 | Container slot assignment, a preplanning procedure for container stowage, is to allocate container boxes into certaion slots. However, the attributes for each box are not completely known in advance, most yard operators assign the slots via experience which often causes inefficient usage of slot capacities with unnecessary "restowage" moving, and as a result an increase in operation cost. This paper attempts to develop several stacking strategies and compare their operation efficiency. The containers are divided into two categories--attributes which are known in advance and which are unknown. Container slot assignmetn utilizes such equipment as straddle carrier, forklift, and transtainer, and the operation time is composed of three parts--equipment moving, loading/unloading, and restowage time. By comparing the average operation time for various stacking strategies we find that equipment moving time has little affect on strategy rankings; while restowage time is the key factor dominating the rankings for stacking strategies. |
