中文摘要 | 決策者在網格式地理資訊系統上進行疊圖分析工作時,目前尚無法同時解決資料 不精確及疊圖規則不明確的問題,因而影響決策品質。本研究為求同時解決上述兩問題,以 模糊理論為基礎,提出「模糊推論疊圖分析法」,該方法透過隸屬函數轉換空間資料,來解 決資料不精確的問題;再以模糊關係合成方法來推論出各個單一影響因子圖層的模糊規則關 係,以解決規則不明確的問題,最後再以Max-Min法來綜合推導最後結果。由核一廠緊急疏 散民眾集結點設置例題之驗證結果中,可知本方法之架構及計算結果應屬合理。 |
英文摘要 | Fuzzy theory is used to develop a new GIS overlap analysis method. This model is best fit when the spatial data are unexact and decision rules are uncertain. A membership function is first used to process the unexact data, then a max-min based fuzzy relation composition method is introduced to induce fuzzy rules from many samples for several layers. Next, a max-mm based method is adopted to aggregate several layers into a single one. Finally, the emergency gathering sites selection of the First Nuclear Power Plant in Taiwan is used as a case study to demonstrate the applicability of the model proposed herein. |
