中文摘要 | 於1996年的2、5、8、11月在金門國家公園內的慈湖採取沉積物,對慈湖的底棲環境與底棲動物進行調查。結果顯示,慈湖以湖的東半側較淺,平均水深不到1m,湖中央、湖西側和西北側較深,平均約1.2m。湖的東半側、中央和西側的沉積物粒徑較粗,為砂質底質,往北和南漸細,至湖的南側、西南側和西北側較細,為泥質底質。沉積物的粒徑越大,粉泥╱黏土含量、全有機碳與全氮含量越少(spearman's correlation, p<0.001)。沉積物底泥的篩選程度,普遍都不佳,表示慈湖沉積物粒徑組成的異質性很高,為淘選作用低的沉積環境。在生物相方面,四次採樣中共計採到13類動物,類群歧異度指數(H')顯示慈湖的類群具有豐富的多樣性,而類群均勻度指數(J')顯示慈湖有優勢類群。底棲動物的類群及密度在四次採樣間都有變動,而端腳類、二枚貝和腹足類偏向棲息在顆粒較大、粉泥╱黏土含量較低、全有機碳、全氮含量較低的砂質海床。 |
英文摘要 | The sediment samples were collected from the Tsi Lake in the Kinmen National Park in February, May, August, and November 1996 to study the benthic environment and the distribution of macroinfauna. The depth of Tsi Lake averages 1∼1.2 m. The salinity of the sediment ranges from 24∼35.5 . The grain size in the eastern, central and western Tsi Lake are sandier, however, in the southern, southwestern and northwestern areas are muddier. The larger the grain size is, the less contents of silt/clay, total organic carbon (TOC) and total nitrogen (TN). The sorting was poor in the Tsi Lake, indicating that the substrates of the lake is heterogeneous. A total of 13 phyla are collected. The most dominant macroinfaunal groups are amphipods, polychaetes, gastropods and bivalves, comprising 97.1 ~ 99.5% of total density. The Shannon index (H') range from 0∼1.2, while the Evenness index (J') range from 0∼0.5. These indices indicate that the diversity (at higher taxonomic level) of the macroinfauna is great, however, dominance is present. The amphipods, bivalves and gastropods favor the sediments with larger grain size, lower content of silt/clay, TOC and TN. |
