中文摘要 | 本研究之目的在瞭解國中小暨幼稚園教師,對教師聘任新制相關問題的看法並分 析不同背景者對各問題的反應差異情形,俾供教育行政決策參考。研究方法採問卷調查法,以 自編問卷,抽取十一個縣市國中小暨幼稚園教師及校長共2524份為研究對象。本研究經統計 分析結果分別由:(一)對教評會產生方式;(二)對教師公開甄選;(三)對維持現行教師介聘制 度;(四)對教評會的效能評價;(五)不同背景受試者對各問題的反應差異等五方面提出綜合結 論。並依據研究結論,提出下列幾項建議:(一)對教育行政機關:1.應協助學校辦理教師公開 甄選;2.應維持現行教師介聘制度,以協助現職教師調校服務;3.應持續加強輔導教評會的運 作功能。(二)對學校或幼稚園;1.應鼓勵並支持教師參與教評會;2.應加強溝通協調,建立制 度;3.應協助教師參與現職教師介聘,達成調校服務目的;(三)對教師:1.應以合作互信的態 度,積極參與教評會;2.應理性表達意見,充分建立共識。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is to understand the viewpoints of junior high school, elementary school and kindergarten principals and teachers on new system of teacher employ; and to analyze the difference from various background examiners responding in any questions. It can be for reference to a policy in educational administration. A questionnaire was compiled and the samples amount to 2524 examiners was gathered from principals and teachers parts of 11 cities or counties. The conclusions from statistics were offered in five aspects: how to organize The Teacher Council; how to select a teacher openly; how to make the system of teacher employment proceed; how to assess at the valuation and estimation of The Teacher Council and the different response from various examiner. There are some suggestions from the consequences. The first, for the educational administration, the government should assist the school with having examinations for teachers openly. It is sure to the system of teacher employment proceed because it can help a teacher transfer to another school. Prompting the function of the Teacher Council is also important to reinforce. The second, for the school or kindergarten, they should encourage and support a teacher to participate in The Teacher Council. Coordination between principals and teachers must be promoted to set up the system. To help a teacher transfer to another school, it is certain to give the teacher a favor to take part in teacher. The third, it is affirmative for teachers to participate in The Teacher Council positively, trustfully, cooperatively and express their opinions reasonably to frame consensus sufficiently. |
