中文摘要 | 本研究之目的在於探討親職壓力,除瞭解親職壓力之定義、內涵,並分析不同親 職階段所產生之親職壓力及因應原則。希望藉由本文之探討,提供父母及相關工作者於履行親 職或進行輔導時之參考。 父母在履行父母角色時,受到個人本身人格特質、親子互動關係不良、子女特質、家庭 情境等因素及其交互作用之影響,而感受到的壓力稱為親職壓力。在Galinsky的六個親職發 展階段中,以孩子出生到學齡時期,父母感受到的壓力最大。有效的因應策略應具積極主動 尋求支援、自由表達感受、設立符合自己能力的目標、彈性且有挫折容忍力、循序漸進解決 問題和積極信賴的人生觀等特質。 |
英文摘要 | This paper analyze stressors that parent meet with across the parenting stages and how it impacts on children rearing. The relationship between parenting stress and children's behavior is examined from related researches. The characteristics of effective coping strategies adopted by parents are also discussed. This study shows that parents with newborn or young children experience stress significantly higher than they do at other stages across the parenting stages. Not only personality of parent and children but also the unqualified interaction between them will cause the parent's stress. For eliminating the stress, an active action search for help from other people and setting a reasonable goal about the progress of dealing with stress events will be needed. |
