中文摘要 | 本研究主要在探討薪資設計的決定因素與員工薪資滿意的關聯。研究中歸納出三 種不同的薪資決定因素:職務基礎、績效基礎、技能基礎,並且分別探討在這三種不同的薪 資決定因素下,是否造成員工之薪資滿意度的差異。由於影響薪資滿意的因素頗多,在進行 上述關係的探討時,本研究亦同時考慮了人口統計變項、人格特質、以及薪資管理作業對於 薪資滿意的單獨影響,以及其與薪資決定因素交互作用下對於薪資滿意的影響。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this research is to explore the relationship between compensation type and compensation satisfaction. We summarized three different compensation types: job-based, performance-based, and skill based compensation, and verified if different types of compensation will cause difference of compensation satisfaction. Since there are many factors that may cause compensation satisfaction, some individual factors and compensation management factors are also included in this research to find their main effect and interaction effect on compensation satisfaction. |
