中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討國民小學教師在面對角色知覺差距的情緒感受及其相關因素。透 過文獻探討及調查等方法進行賌料蒐隻,並使用研究者所編訂之「國民小學教師角色知 覺差距的情緒與感受量表」來調查臺灣地區938 位小學教師,經以SPSS/PC+套裝軟體 中次數分配、單因子多變項分析、薛費多重比較分析法、及關連強度係數來進行賌料處 理與分析。研究結果發現:(一)小學教師面對角色知覺差距的情緒感受程度並不強 烈;(二)小學教師易將角色差距的存在評定為「沒關係」;(三)小學教師面對角色 知覺差距的情緒感受評定因環境及個人因素之不同而有差異;(四)各因素與小學教師 評定角色知覺差距的情緒感受的關連性,以「教師任教意願」較高。最後,根據本研究發 現與結論提出(一)協助教師釐清自己之情緒與感受,進而作好情緒管理;(二)正視 教師將理想與實際差距的存在視為「沒關係」之現象;(三)教師宜審視自己的任教意 願及多發覺從事教職之樂趣;(四)繼續從事教師情緒-主題之 探討等四項建議。 |
英文摘要 | The emotion and feeling of role discrepancy perceived by elementary school teachers were studied. 938 samples were surveyed using "Inventory of Teachers' Emotion and reeling of Role Discrepancy". The data were statistically analyzed by frequencies, MANOVA and strength of association. The conclusions of this strdy are as follows; 1.The emotion and feeling of role discrepancy of elementary school teachers were appraised middle-low level. 2."never mind " of role discrepancy was appraised middle-high level by elementary school teachers. 3.Significant differences of emotion and feeling of role discrepancy were existed among subjects with different genders, year of service, marriage or not, having children or not and commitment to teaching of teachers. These significant differences were also existed among subjects in the schools with different scales of school and unmber of students in a class. 4. "Commitment to teaching" was the highest strength of association of the background factors with "teachers' emotion and feeling". The recommendations for "promoting the aggressive emotion and feeling of teachers" to teachers' colleges, educational administration institutions and elementary school teachers were also suggested. |
