中文摘要 | 利用稻草、山黃麻木屑或棉子殼等介質栽培菌核鮑魚菇 (Pleurotus tuber-regium),結果顯示以棉子殼栽培之菌核最大,而以山黃麻木屑栽培最小。 就生物效率而言,以棉子殼栽培和稻草栽培兩者並未達顯著之差異,分別為 31.73%及34.35%。以棉子殼為栽培基質,評估溫度對菌核鮑魚菇之菌核產生的 影響,發現菌核的產量及生物效率隨著溫度的升高而有顯著降低的趨勢,其中菌 核最適生產的溫度為20℃。進一步,將棉子殼之含水量調整於65%(w/w)所產生 之菌核產量最大。添加不同比例之米糠於棉子殼中,結果以不添加米糠者產量 (150.04g/盆)及生物效率(42.87%)最高,其次是添加10%米糠者。 |
英文摘要 | Three kinds of agricultural wastes were evaluated for their suitability for the production of sclerotia by Pleurotus tuber-regium. Cotton seed hulls and rice straw were more suitable for the production of sclerotia by the fungus than sawdust on the basis of biological efficiency. The optinum temperature and water content of the substrate for the production of sclerotia were 20℃ and 65% (w/w) respectively when cotton seed hulls were used as the substrate without adding any nutrient. In addition, supplementation of rice bran into the same substrate reduced markedly both production of sclerotia and biological efficiency of the fungus. |
