中文摘要 | 本研究的主要目的在於運用中醫科學化的切診儀器脈診儀,是 由中央研究院王唯工教授所設計之脈搏諧波頻譜分析儀,測量15歲 以下的兒童的左手及右手脈波,於民國八十六年元月一日至民國八 十六年七月三十一日止,經由林口長庚醫院中醫部及國小學童的健 康檢查收案,對象共分成三組,第一組是經由西醫診斷為正在發作 期的氣喘病童7人;第二組是經由西醫診斷為未有氣喘或心臟病史 的健康兒童49人;第三組是經由西醫診斷為正在緩解期的氣喘病童 96人。 將這三組人的脈波頻譜分析資料,採用WILCOXON RANK SUM TEST的統計方法分析,觀察這三組兒童的脈搏諧波頻譜的差異,結 果是正在發作期的氣喘病童7人與健康兒童49人,左手脈CO(心臟 在一週期的總負荷)及右手脈心跳的第四諧波振幅C4,在統計上有 明顯的差異(P<0.05);由正在發作期的氣喘病童7人與正在緩解期 的氣喘病童96人,檢定結果顯示,左、右手脈諧波振幅在統計上並 沒有明顯的差異(P>0.05);由健康兒童49人與正在緩解期的氣喘病 童96人,檢定結果顯示,在右手脈CO、心跳的第二諧波振幅C2、 心跳的第三諧波振幅C3、心跳的第四諧波振幅C4、心跳的第七諧波 振幅C7,以及左手脈心跳的第二諧波振幅C2、心跳的第三諧波振幅 C3、心跳的第四諧波振幅C4、心跳的第七諧波振幅C7,在統計上有 明顯的差異(P<0.05)。西醫認為氣喘病人在緩解期的生理功能上, 應與一般健康兒童無異,但是我們的研究中發現,緩解期組與健 康組在左、右手脈波的頻譜分析有上述的顯著差異。代表手部脈波 的頻譜分析法,可以用於協助篩選兒童是否有發作過氣喘的病史, 以期能及早發覺病灶,並企盼在兒童氣喘病早期便能運用各種有效 的方法,進行預防性的治療,以促進身體健康。 |
英文摘要 | The major purpose of this study is to use the scientific equipment to feel the radial pulse of left and right wrist. Professor Wei Kung Wang designed this machine, and the pulse wave was transformed by Fourier Transformation. We detected the pulse of the children who were under 15 years old. There were 7 children who had an acute asthma attack, 49 healthy children, and 96 children who had asthma history before. Wilcoxon rank sum test was applied to deal with the data of the pulse spectrum analysis among these 3 groups. The amplitude of the forth harmonics C4 (right side) and CO (left side) had statistic significance among 7 children who had an acute asthma attack and 49 healthy children. There is no statistic significant results of the pulse spectrum analysis among 7 children who had an acute asthma attack and 96 children who had asthma history. the amplitude of harmonics CO(right side)、C2(right and left side)、C3(right and left side)、C4(right and left side)、C7(right and left side)had statistic significance between 49 healthy children and 96 children who had asthma history. Because the pulse spectrum analysis may show the information of the blood circulation changes, we will use the pulse spectrum analysis as a scientific evidence in the diagnosis of asthma children in the future. |
