中文摘要 | 本研究之目的在評估艾灸(MT)及紫杉醇(Tx),單獨及合併治療實驗 性腫瘤,求得MT與Tx的最佳治癌療效,以供臨床治療癌症的參考。另 外觀察腫瘤內供血量及病理組織的改變,並分析腫瘤內細胞在細胞週期內 各期的比例,以探討MT及Tx單獨及合併治療腫瘤療效的機制。以充實 灸法治癌的實驗性理論,期望對我國傳統醫學的學術水準提升有所貢獻。 本研究先將S-180肉瘤細胞接種在ICR鼷鼠的皮下。將此長有皮下腫 瘤的鼷鼠予以分組,分別用MT及Tx單獨及合併處理。MT分為1、2、3 及4次,而Tx所用的劑量為20、60及100mg/kg體重。合併的處理則以3 次MT與60 mg/kg的taxol相合併。並在施灸時測量腫瘤內溫度分佈。處 理後120天內,測定各組的平均存活時間,死亡率,腫瘤控制率及延長壽 命的比率等項,以評估其療效。另外測量腫瘤內病理組織的改變;並用流 量細胞分析儀測量腫瘤內各階段的細胞比例。另用放射性同位素�URb為追 蹤劑,測定腫瘤內血量的供應情形,藉以闡明艾灸及紫杉醇治療實驗性腫 瘤產生療效的作用機制。 本研究結果顯示:腫瘤對照組在觀察120天內的平均存活時間 (MST)為60.2天,其存活率(SR)為33%;最佳療效的MT出現在三 次MT,其MST為87.8天,其SR為56%。單獨Tx處理,以60 mg/kg 體重之療效為最佳,其MST為78.3天,其SR為16%。MT與Tx合併 處理的療效最佳,其SR為50%,其MST為88.9mk。但與MT相比, 其MST僅增長1.1天。但其存活率卻降低6%。由病理切片顯示:艾灸 次數多者對腫瘤的破壞較MT少者為大。而經Tx處理者會產生許多多核 細胞(polynucleated cells)。亦產生較多的G��/M期細胞。經用�URb為追蹤 劑測得腫瘤內的血供量,以接受MT處理者,均顯著降低。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to evaluate the therapeutic effects of some methods on the experimental tumor. Sarcoma 180 cells (1 × 10 �� ) were transplanted into the subcutaneous tissue in breast area of female ICR mice. Mice bearing tumor were grouped and treated with taxol or/and moxibustion (MT) respectively. The total dose of taxol used were 20, 60 and 100 mg/kg body weight. MT was used for 1, 2, 3 and 4 times respectively. The longest mean survival time within 120 days (MST)in the following conditions treated with taxol or/and MT appeared in the groups of 60 mg/kg taxol, MT for 3 times respectively. Combination for taxol and MT of the other modalities were also studied. The longest MST appeared in the group treated with the combination of 60 mg/kg taxol and MT �� (MR=50%; TCR=55%; MST=88.9 ± 37.8 days; ILS=47.7). Pathological observations revealed that taxol, MT alone or combinedly destroyed tumor cells. The results also showed that the uptake of �U Rb in tumor treated with MT were significant lesser than that in tumor control. The results of analysis with flow cytometry showed that taxol could increase the cell population in G �� /M phase of the cell cycle. The therapeutic effects in the present results may be used as references for clinical therapy. The results in mechanism of this study may be contribute to the academic progress in our traditional medicine. |
