中文摘要 | 燃料油的流動點為燃料油的重要性質,尤其在低溫環境下的運送、輸儲時特別重 要,因此本文依據ASTM d97及CNS 3484之石油產品流動點標準測試方法,探討測試條件對流 動點測試結果的影響,並進一步研究燃料油中滲配普柴對流動點降低的效果,由試驗結果可 知: 測試條件中,油料是否有預熱,對燃料油流動點的測試結果影響很大,而且燃料油預熱 後,其流動點大部分會提高,甚至提高18℃;摻配普柴後,可以降低燃料油的流動點,但降 低的幅度並不會與摻配量成正比,燃料油流動點若在+9℃以下時,摻配20%的普柴,即可將 流動點降至+3℃。 |
英文摘要 | Pour point is an important property for the fuel oil. Waxy fuel oil can cause serious handling problems when subjected to low temperatures during a pipeline shutdown or after storage in tanks. Pour point was tested according ASTM D97 or CNS 3484. The effect of operation conditions on pour point was investigated. Fuel oil blending with regular diesel to lower pour point was also studied. The testing results were: Pour point was influenced by operation conditions. It was almost raised when the fuel oil had been preheated. Pour point of fuel oil could be drop by blending regular diesel. When the fuel oil pour point was lower than -9℃, pour point could be drop to less than +3℃ by blending 20% regular diesel. |
