中文摘要 | 本研究以大白鼠為電激取精的動物實驗模式,並以未受電激刺激之大白鼠之精 道各部分精蟲及正常精道作為對照,以分析電激射精後之精蟲品質與精道變化。 我們將大白鼠以乙醚麻醉,將特製之電棒插入大白鼠肛門中,而後將電壓控製在 20-25 伏特之間,持續刺激數分鐘,即出現射精現象。電激射精精蟲之數量及活動力均較正常射精 精蟲遜色許多。由於電激取出之精蟲絕大部分已經死亡,因此無法做其他進一步精蟲品質及 受孕能力之分析。 在電激取精結束後,我們將大白鼠解剖,取出整套生殖系統,分別從精道各處取出精液 ,做電腦精蟲分析( CASA )並與正常大白鼠做切片比較,發現電激後精道各處精蟲分佈及 活動力並無明顯變化,唯在輸精管後段精蟲數目有明顯上升,但其活動力並未改變;而且在 貯精囊開口處亦有部份死亡精蟲聚集,其數目亦明顯高於正常大白鼠之貯精囊開口處,這顯 示電激後精蟲聚集在貯精囊開口再排出是最可能的反應機轉。電激後大白鼠的精道組織切片 與正常大白鼠相較之下,其副睪丸及輸精管附近精索脂肪組織有發炎現象,且輸精管上皮有 脫落現象,顯示電激取精對於動物組織仍有局部性之輕微影響。 |
英文摘要 | Twelve Wistar rats were used as the experimental groups of electroejaculation, and the other 4 non-electroejaculation Wistar rats as the control groups, to analyze the sperm quality and the histological change of individual genital tract just after electroejaculation study. Before the electroejaculation procedure, the experimental rats were subjected to ether inhalation for anaesthesia and then inserted with animal-specific electrostimulation rod into the rectum of the rats. The electrostimulation voltage was controlled between 20-25 V and lasted for several minutes until the presence of ejaculation phenomenon. The sperm count and motility of electroejaculation were much poorer than the normal ejaculation, and the further analysis of sperm quality and fertile capacity failed d ue to the high proportion of mortal sperms after electroejaculation. After the electroejaculation procedure, we explored the experimental rats and took out the whole genital tract. Then, we got semen from individual genital tract (including epididymus, anterior, middle, posterior segments of vas deferens, and opening of the seminal vesicle) for computerized assess of sperm analysis (CASA) and then compared the results from the non-electroejaculation groups. The sperm distribution and motility within individual genital tract of electroejaculation groups were found with no evi dent changes compared with the non-ejaculation groups, except a significant sperm count increase in the posterior segment of vas deferens and the opening of the seminal vesicle of the electroejaculation groups, but the sperm motility was still poor. This may indicate that after electroejaculation, the sperms accumulate in the posterior segment of vas deferens and the opening of the seminal vesicle just before they ejaculated out. By comparing the histological change of individual genital tract between the electroejaculation and non-electroejacuation groups, we find that after electrostimuation, some inflammatory changes can be observed over the spermatic cord adipose tissue just near the epididymus and the vas deferens, and some epithelium detachment within the vas deferens is also noticed. This indicates that electrostimulation still has some local influence on the animal tissue. |
