中文摘要 | 本文提出一個適用於多工程冷鍛模電腦輔助設計、分析及製造之整合系統,可應 用於螺帽鍛造之多道次模具及沖棒設計,並可用於調整及設定鍛造機。本文以上界限分析方 法預測鍛造製程之材料流動模式、預估平均鍛造負荷及平均成形應變率。本文以特徵為基之 宣體幾何模型建構沖棒及模具幾何,並提出一個沖棒特徵元素,可用對話框輸入參數一次建 立一根標準沖棒。單一的幾何資料庫並可直接用於鍛造製程分析及產生數值控制程式碼,堆 積實體幾何模型中具有完整之拓撲資料,可直接用於自動加工路徑規劃及計算刀具位置。在 後處理模組中,以線圖、等高線及速度向量圖顯示分析結果。最後以一個六角螺帽鍛造之沖 棒及沖模設計為例說明及驗證本系統之可行性。 |
英文摘要 | An integration system for the CAD/CAE/CAM of multistage cold forging dies has been proposed in this paper. The proposed system is applicable to the die and the punch design for multistage nut forging and also applicable to the setup of the forging press. The upper bound method isadopted to predict the material flow, the forging load and the mean strain rate.The feature-based solid model is used to construct the geometry of the die andpunches. A punch feature is proposed to create the regular punch by specifying the parameters in a dialog box. The unique geometry data base isused directly to analyze the forging process and to generate the numerical control code. The topological relationship of the constructive solid geometry model is used to plan the cutting path and to calculate the cutter locations automatically. The analysis results are explained by using the curves, the contours and the vectors in the post-processing module of CAE. A punch anddie design of hexagonal nut forging is discussed to demonstr and verify the capability of the proposed integration system. |
