中文摘要 | 一個產品在設計階段,即決定產品未來特性的70%[1],因此如何在初始設計階段 考慮和產品特性有關之問題(可靠度、製造、組裝、維修等),建立正確設計決策,減少後績 設計修改次數,使產品開發時程縮短,是產品設計重要課題。本文以同步工程觀點,架構系 統概念、 具體設計行為; 以功能需求確立系統架構, 由群族分類方法 (Cluster identification) 建立同步設計模組,再以定性、定量方式對方案進行評選,建立具體設計 原型;經由分析實體模型特性和製造條件來預估系統性能及成本,期使產品在設計階段即能 考慮後續生產、維護作業,進一步達成同步工程目標。 |
英文摘要 | When we design a product. 70 percent of the properties of a product are decided at the conceptual design stage [1]. Thus, considering the related factors of design such as manufacturing, assembly, maintenance cost, etc., inthe conceptual stage is critical to making progress in concurrent engineering design. This paper studies the design processes of a mechanical system and presents a method of concurrent design to meet the target of concurrent engineering. The first step is to establish the subsystems within a system according to function requirements. The second step is to classify these subsystems into individual modules in cooperation with cluster identificationto implement concurrent design of the system. Moreover, qualitative and quantitative analyses are utilized in selecting the alternatives of each moduleto build the preliminary model of the system. As a result, the lead time of aproduct can be shortened and the performance and cost can also be predictedin advance. |
