中文摘要 | 煉鋼一廠的動態排程系統以電腦化作業輔助值班主管,管理廠內煉鋼排程作業;自 轉爐鋼液之吹煉,經過精煉各站處理,到扁鋼胚或大鋼胚連鑄機的成品鋼胚產出,舉凡爐 號、訂號、製程、溫度、時間、重量等資訊,先藉程控電腦間的資料傳輸進行資訊交換,再 由本系統取得充足的生產資訊,經由實績監視功能告知值班主管,以便確實掌握各項設備狀 況及生產實績;值班主管並可根據訂單,隨時配合排程異動,由動態排程電腦推理機,作出 排程的最適規劃,俾統籌調度各設備的生產排程與產量,減少設備閒置的時間,以發揮煉鋼 設備的最高生產效率;並計畫鐵水需求與魚雷車出空預測,以利魚雷車調度作業;傳送煉鋼 吹煉計劃給氧氣廠,以便調整氧氣量之產出;傳送煉鋼吹煉計劃給能源調度中心,以便預估 轉爐氣之產出,配合能源調度,控制能源消耗量。 |
英文摘要 | The dynamic achedule computer system of #1 steel making plant(DPSS1) assists the general turn foreman(GTF) to manage the steel making schedule by way of computer works. The information data of basic oxygen furnace(BOF) blowing, refining treatments(RF), bloom continuous casting(BCC) and salb continuous casting(SCC) contain heat number, order number, process, temperature, time, weight and so on. DPSS1 exchanges data with the process-computers by data link to get enough production information. By way of the actual monitor function, GTF gets the actual data and then he can handle the facility status and the actual production certainly; according to the orders, GTF can match the variation of the schedule at any moment and DPSS1's engine will do the best planning of the schedule. Thus the production schedule of the facilities and the product amount can be integrated; the idle time of the facilities can be decreased and the largest production efficiency of the steel making facilities can be reached. DPSS1 also calculates the hot metal demand weight and estimates the hot metal pouring empty time of the torpedo car(TPC) to the advantage of TPC transportation control system. DPSS1 sends the blowing plans to the oxygen plan (O2) in order to adjust the oxygen production and sends the blowing plans to the utility dispatch center (UDC) in ordor to predict the BOF gas production to match the energy arrangement and to control the energy usage. |
