中文摘要 | 本文旨在探討一多功能三相蓄電池儲能系統,其具有電力調節、主動電力濾波及供 應不斷電功率等多樣化功能。當電力公司供電正常時,所提蓄電池儲能系統操作在電力調節 模式,在此模式下具有三種功能:(1)尖峰用電時期:蓄電池儲能系統提供負載所需電力 ,以及電力公司供應之實功電力降至最低;(2)中間用電時期:負載所需的實功電力由電 力公司提供,蓄電池儲能系統放出之實功電力降至最低;(3)離峰用電時期:電力公司除 了提供負載實功電力外,並對儲能系統之蓄電池組進行充電。除了實功電力之調控外,在上 述三種情況下,蓄電池儲能系統亦能補償負載所有之虛功及諧波電力,因此電力公司供給之 電流波形及功率因數可大幅改善。當電力公司供電中斷時,所提蓄電池儲能系統將操作在變 流模式,供給負載不中斷電力,在此模式下,利用瞬時電壓控制及前向控制技術,使供給負 載之電壓為諧波成份很低之弦波,且電壓之調節特性良好。 |
英文摘要 | In this paper, a three-phase battery energy storage system(BESS) is discussed. The proposed BESS possesses the functions of real power conditioning, active power filtering and supplying uninterruptible power to critical loads. When utility is in normal condition, this BESS is operated in power conditioning mode to perform the following three functions: (1) peak-load period: the BESS supplies all the loads real powers to minimize the power from the utility; (2) medium-load period: all the loads real powers are supplied by the utility, so the energy comsumption of BESS is minimized; and finally (3) off-peak period: the utility not only supplies powers to the loads but also charges the battery banks of BESS. In all these three conditions, all the load harmonic and reactive powers are completely compensated by the BESS. So the current waveform drawn from unility and power factor are greatly improved. As the power outage occurs, the BESS is operated in inverter mode immediately for supplying uninterruptible power to the loads. Through instantaneously voltage and feedforward control techniques, the load voltage can be maintained to be balanced and sinusoidal with low distortion. The voltage regulating control characteristics is also good. |
