中文摘要 | 本研究之主要目的,在於調查不同性別與職稱之國小教師工作滿意之差異情形。 同時,進一步了解國小教師之年齡、婚姻狀況、任教學校地區、任教學校規模、任教年資等 因素,和其工作滿意之相關情形。本研究對象為服務於高屏地區的現職國小教師,共計 261 位,本研究採用之工具,為研究者自編之「國小教師工作滿意問卷」。施測後之結果,歸納 如下:(一 ) 女性國小教師對工作滿意問卷中之「工作報酬」因素的滿意度,較男性國小教 師高。(二 ) 國小主任於工作滿意問卷中之所有因素,均呈現出較兼任組長職務與專任之教 師的滿意度高的情形。(三 ) 國小教師工作滿意之各項因素與其年齡、任教年資等兩因素, 達到顯著之正相關。(四 ) 國小教師工作滿意之「教學工作本身」與「工作創新與變動性」 兩因素及「整體方面」之工作滿意情形,和其婚姻狀況有關。針對研究結論,提出下列建議 :(一 ) 增加專任教師參與行政決策機會 (二 ) 營造多元、創意的教學環境 (三 ) 增強教 師專業知能 (四 ) 視重男性教師工作滿意低落之因 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to investigate the differences on job satisfaction between teachers and administrators in elementary school. A self-developed survey, which consisted of gender, age, length of current employment, school location, marriage, and number of years of past teaching experience, was sent to the samples. 261 certified elementary school teachers from Kao-hsiung and Ping-tung areas participated in this study. The results indicated that there were significant differences in the gender and job title (teachers and administrators) arrangement. Significantly higher levels of job satisfaction were found for administrators compared to teachers. Results also showed senior teachers are more likely to be satisfied with teaching job. |
