中文摘要 | 由於二次側熱沈對核能電廠安全運轉有決定性的影響,因此本文乃針對世年各國 處理壓水式核能電竅(PWR)完全喪失二次側熱沈事故之實驗研究近況作一有系統的文獻回 顧,所引用的文獻包括日本LSTF、法國BETHSY、義大利LOBI與SPES、德國PKL、以及我國 IIST等,與我國核能三廠具有相似型態的PWR比例縮小整體實驗設施中的相關研究,採計的 重點包括(i)各種緊急救援措施(EOPs)是否足以有效救援爐心、(ii)事故救援過程中的重要熱 流現象、以及(iii)影響各種不同救援措施有效性之因素。期能經由有系統的文獻回顧充分掌 握事故暫態過程中的重要熱流現象,深入了解這些現象的影響因素,以及對核能電廠安全的 影響,並吸收各國對事故處理的經驗,將有助於事故發生時的正確研判與處理。 |
英文摘要 | The current status of world-wide experimental study on the accident management of loss-of-heat sink in pressurized water reactor (PWR) has been systematically reviewed in this paper. The assoeiated researches conducted in several reknowned PWR integral system test facilities, such as LSTF (Japan), BETESY (France), LOBI and SPES (Italy), PKL (Germany), and IIST (Taiwan, R.O.C.) are discussed. These facilities were equipped with U-tube steam generators in each loop, which are similar to Maanshan nuclear power station located at the southern tip of Taiwan. This study focuses on the investigation of thermal-hydraulics phenomena and the adequacy of associated emergency operating procedure (EOP). Emphasis is given to the impact and consequence of various EOPs, key thermal-hydraulic phenomena during accident, and the factors affecting the effectiveness of these recovery methods. Through this study, it is expected to gain the experiences of accident management and improve the ability of the operator to take the corrective action, thus can contribute an immense value for the safety operation of nuclear power plant. |
