中文摘要 | 本文旨在敘述醫用直線加速器環境中子輻射之度量方法,主要包括利用BF□偵檢 器外加9吋,3吋PE球來度量治療室之中子平均能量及採用經過影錐去校正過的中子劑量儀 來量測加速器周圍環境的中子等效劑量。量測結果顯示在照野40公分x40公分、照射劑量率 40戈雷/分的條件下,歷年來所量測的各醫院控制室等效劑量率均小於法規規定限值,而周 圍環境的中子反光子等效劑量率也大部分符合法規的要求。 |
英文摘要 | The techniques of measuring the vicinity neutron radiation for medical linear accelerator have been developed. The BF□ detector with 3-inch and 9-inch PE spheres and the dose rate meter calibrated by shadow cone method were employed to determine average neutron energy distribution outside the beam and neutrons generated in the vicinity of the accelerator. Several accelerators have been measured in the past few years. The results show that the dose equivalent rates in the control room and most of the vicinity dose equivalent rates meet the criteria as set by the Atomic Energy Council under the irradiation condition at photon dose rate 40 Gy/min and field size 40 cm x 40 cm. |
