| 中文摘要 | 三亞麻油酸甘油脂為一特殊的三酸甘油脂,其三個酯化 位皆由亞麻油酸所組成,在本研究室首先證實具有傳統醫學 所稱之"活血化瘀"的藥效即抗血小板凝集,血管鬆弛等藥 效。所以本研究室想進一步瞭解常用活血化瘀的中藥是否也 含三亞麻油酸甘油脂。因此我們應用高效液相層析法,以聚 合逆相碳18的分離管柱(polymeric reversed-phase C18)及 移動相為acetonitrile:methanol(1:1, v/v)來分析三七等 幾種常用活血化瘀中藥的三亞麻油酸甘油酯含量。抽提出來 的二亞麻油酸甘油脂,可在波長205nm偵測到。取三亞麻油 酸甘油脂濃度0.5-20 ug/mL製成校正曲線。本研究中三亞麻 油酸甘油脂的偵測極限是0.1ug/mL。結果顯示除了丹參及紅 花不含三亞麻油酸甘油脂外,其餘幾種中藥材之三亞麻油酸 甘油脂含量分別為:三七0.210±0.021,當歸0.530±0.017, 川芎4.135±0.071,柴胡0.168±0.005,赤芍0.101±0.002,白 芍0.443±0.010,人參0.374±0.009以及刺五加0.131±0.007 mg/g。 |
| 英文摘要 | Trilinolein, a triglycerol with linoleic acid in all three esterified positions of glycerol, was reported to be one of the active principle of the root of Panax notoginseng (Sanchi). In order to clarifty whether trilinolein is also contained in other Chinese medicinal herbs, particularly those traditionally used to treat cardiovascular disease, we used a high performance liquid chromatography method to identify and quantify trilinolein from the crude extract of these herbs. Chromatographic analysis was achieved on an isocratic system consisting of a polymeric reversed-phase C18 column with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-methanol (1:1, v/v) to elute the trilinolein. The eluted trilinolein was detected at 205 nm. The linear calibration range and detection limit for trilinolein were 0.5-20 ug/mL and 0.1 ug/mL, respectively. It was found that the trilinolein content in n-hexane extracts of Panax notoginseng (Sanchi), Angelcia sinensis (Danggui), Ligusticum wallichii (Chuanxiong), Bupleurum chinense (Chaihu), Paeonia lactiflora (Chishao), Paeonia lactiflora (Baishao), Panax ginseng (Renshen) and Acanthopanax gracilistylus (Ciwujia) were 0.210±0.021, 0.530±0.017, 4.135±0.071,0.168±0.005, 0.101±0.002, 0.443±0.010, 0.374±0.009 and 0.131±0.007 mg/g, respecively. However, trilinolein was not detected in Salvia miltiorrhiza (Danshen) and Carthamus tinctorius (Honwha). |
