英文摘要 | Nine isolates, friedelin(1), lupeol(2), lupenone(3), betulin (4), β-sitosterol (5), stigmasterol (6), stigmasterol glucoside (7), and flavone glycoside, schaftoside (8) were isolated from the ethanol extract of Silene fortunei. The structural determination of these compounds were based on �禧-and �CC-NMR, MS, IR spectra, and the other physical data. All compounds were evaluated for in vitro cytotoxicity in 4 cancer cell lines. Compound 8 and 7 exhibited marginal cytotoxicity against colon carcinoma (COLO-205) and nasopharynx carcinoma (KB) respectively [ED�t(COLO-205)=3.81 and ED�t(KB)=4.16 ug/ml]. |
