中文摘要 | 我們對由天然物篩選來尋找有效的抑制或殺死陰道滴蟲的成分, 發生了莫大的興趣。在本實驗中我們又篩選了100種植物的粗抽取 物及50種純化合物,發現南投枯里珍之莖部(298-s)及葉部(298-1) 可以明顯抑制陰道滴蟲的生長;又刺花椒(106-sw) ,屏東花椒 (107-w),恆春楨楠(118-1),南仁鐵色(125-1),豬腳楠(130-w),蘭 嶼冬青(137),蓮霧(143-w)及杜仲(148-w)具相同形式之部份抑制。 大葉楠(120-1),銳葉木薑子(122-1),五掌葉新木薑子(124-1),呂 宋青藤(126-wp),石苓舅(128-s)及金石榴(163-w)具有相同形式之先 抑制後生長。尾葉灰木(165-w),小葉白筆(166-w)及長葉豬屎豆 (113-wp)抑制效果不明顯。大還魂(188-wp)具有促進生長作用。上 一次計畫中自大戟科植物枯里珍之莖部氯仿可溶部得到Ap-1之黃色 稜晶,其構造解析為甲基馬兜鈴酸,此類成分過去僅由馬兜鈴科植 物得到過,本研究首次由大戟科植物獲得此成分,在化學分類學 (chemotaxonomy)上深具意義;另50種純化合物篩選後未顯示有良 好之抑制效果。 |
英文摘要 | We are very interested in searching for the active principles to inhibit or kill Trichomonas vaginalis by screening natural products. In this study, we screened 100 crude extracts and 50 pure compounds of Formosan plants. We found that the stem of Antidesma japonicum var. acutisepalum (298-s), and leaves (298-1) showed significant inhibitory effect; Zanthoxylum simulans (106-sw), Zanthoxylum wutaiense (107-w), Machilus obovatifolia (118-1), Drypetes hieranensis (125-1), Machilus thunbergii (130-w), Ilex kusanoi (137), Syzygium samarangense (143-w) and Eucommia ulmoides (148-w) showed the same pattern of partial inhibitory effect; Machilus japonica var. Kusanoi (120-1), Litsea acutivena (122-1) and Neolitsea konishii (124-1), Illigera luzonensis (126-wp), Glycosmis citrifolia (128-s) and Bredia oldhamii (163-w) showed the same pattern of after inhibition then growth effect; Symplocos sumuntia (165-w) and Symplocos modesta (166-w), Crotalaria lanceolata (113-wp) showed unobious inhibitory effect of Trichomonas vaginalis. Furthermore, Kalanchoe gracilis (188-wp) showed promotion of the growth of Trichomonas vaginalis. Ap-1 was obtained from CHCl�酒oluble part of the stem of Antidesma pentadrum var. barbatum (Euphorbiaceae) in last year's plan. The structure was elucidated as methyl aristolochiate which was only obtained from Aristolochiaceous plant. But, it was first time isolated from Euphorbiaceae that showed significant meaning of chemotaxonomy. The 50 pure counpounds showed no obviously inhibitory effect. |
