| 中文摘要 | 小白鼠經二次免疫處理後,第二天接受5.0格雷(Gy)劑量暴露後,第三天立刻接受103個傷寒桿菌腹腔注射,在輻射前30分鐘給予AET(2-aminoethylisothiouronium bromide hydrobormide)行腹腔注射,劑量為200毫克╱每公斤體重,實驗控制組一(AgAgP)其30天存活率為80%,實驗控制組二(AgAgX)其存活率為80%,實驗控制組三(AgAg XP)在7天內死亡率高達70%,10天內實驗動物35隻全部死亡,而實驗對照組(AgAgAETXP)則7天內死亡率只有6.7%,10天內之存活率可達46.7%,但至30天之死亡率亦達100%,顯示AET在7格雷下之劑量減低因子(Dose Reduction Factor)為2.85,在中等劑量輻射暴露及致病菌急性感染之下,輻射保護作用則即刻下降。 由淋巴細胞增殖變形反應與正常細胞所顯示之 DNA合成速率之比值,於第1天發現單獨輻射處理組其比值皆偏低在0.32-0.56之間及輻射保護劑處理者則可達1.42-2.17之間,第7天除了ConA反應細胞群比值高達0.75外,其它則在0.27-0.31之間,更顯示LPS反應細胞族群中實驗控制組三及實驗對照組之比值逐漸降低,與其動物之死亡時間相吻合,其主要的原因可能在於LPS反應細胞族群中於輻射後7天達到最大的消減,LPS之反應細胞族群就是以B細胞群為主角,在輻射早期確有提高存活之效應卻無法達到長期的效果。 |
| 英文摘要 | Immunized mice were immediately treated by intraperitoneum injection of AET (200mg/μg) 30 mins before irradiated exposure of 5.0 Gy, and then were injected by intraperitoneum with 10 cells of Salmonella Typhlmurium 3 days after second immumization. The survival rate of control group withn 7 days Ⅰ (AgAgP), Ⅱ (AgAg X), Ⅲ (AgAgXP) was 100%, 80%, 30% respectively, whereas percentage of mortality of experimental group (AgAgAETXP) was 6.7% on the 10th day after irradiated, but the percentage of motality of that on the 30th day was 100%, DRF (Dose Reduction Factor) value of AET was 2.85. Apparently effects of radioprotector was quickly decreased after irradiated exposure of moderate dose and acute injection of pathogen. Ratio of DNA synthesis on transformation of lymphocyte, the value in comparison with normal control group 1 day after irradiation is within 0.32 and 0.56, and the ratio of treated group by radioprotector was increased to 1.14 or 2.17. The value of ConA responder cells 7 days after irradiation is higher at 0.75 than that, others' is low between 0.27 and 0.31. Obviously experimental control group Ⅲ and AET group on LPS responder population is slowly decreased, and the death of mices was happened at the same time. LPS responder population is largerly decreased on 7 days after irradiation, B lymphocyte may be a major reason. Radioprotector is distinctly increased the survival rate on early stage, but it can not maitain the longer effect on radioprotection. |
