中文摘要 | 地工不織布應用於大地工程中,其壓縮行為直接或間接的影響到它的物理與水利性質。因此對於地工不織布壓縮行為的瞭解,能使得更效運用地工不織布。本實驗係改變地工不織布的纖維丹尼數、基重、針軋條件來製造短織及紡粘長纖針軋地工不織布,並以壓縮參數α來表示地工不織布的壓縮行為,做為比較各種不同條件下地工不織布的壓縮性能。由實驗可知,短纖維針軋不織希的壓縮參數、孔隙率、厚度損失率,隨其基重、針軋密度、針軋深度之增加而下降,針軋紡粘不織布則隨其針軋密度增加而上升。 |
英文摘要 | Nonwoven geotextiles are used in applying to geo-technics. The compressional behavior is affected directly or indirectly to the compressional behavior is affected directly or indirectly to the physical and hydraulic properties of nonwoven geotextiles. The more to understand the compressional behavior of nonwoven geotextiles the more effic; ently to use it. In this study, the nonwoven geotextiles were formed by various processing parameters that are fiber denier, mass per unit area and needlepunching parameters to manufacture the staple and spunbond fiber web layered needlepunching nonwoven geotextiles. Nevertheless, we use the compressional parameter α to describe the compressional behavior and compare it of different processing conditions needle-punched nonwoven geotextiles. From the experiment reuslts, the compressional parameter, porosity and thickness loss of staple needle-punched nonwoven fabrics decrease with the increase of unit weight, needlepunching density and depth of penetration. But the compressional parameter, porosity and thickness loss of needle-unched spunbond nonwoven fabrics are increased with the increase of punching density. |
