英文摘要 | A 3-D motion theory of an underwater cable is properly used by modifying boundary conditions in this study for the computer calculation and simulation of the motion and the dynamic behavior of a mooring cable. When the effects of waves and currents are considered, the average tensions of the cable for some specified wave frequencies and one unit wave amplitude (so-called RAO) are found in the time domain of the simulation. If the relationships between sea specturms and the response spectrums are linear, then the response specturms could be found by the linear transformation with the factors of RAOs. Furthermore, the statistic averages of the maximum tensions are obtainable by computing the response spectrums. |
