中文摘要 | 「圖書館焦慮」是許多大學生使用圖書館的心理障礙,站在大學圖書館讀者服務 的工作立場,探討他們焦慮的情形,進而提出改進建議,以幫助他們減少學習困擾和提昇學 習能力,當為大學圖書館研究和實務的重要課題之一。 本研究以自編的量表為工具,對政大二年級以上學生進行問卷調查,得有效樣本為 474 人。研究發現顯示不同學院、年級、就讀年數、使用頻率、找資料困難頻率、以及是否參加 新生之旅或光碟、線上資料庫講習的學生在焦慮程度上有顯著差異。根據研究結果,本研究 提出加強讀者焦慮研究,幫助讀者熟悉圖書館,建立便利且舒適的環境及與其他學科結合與 應用等建議。 |
英文摘要 | "Library anxiety" is one of the mental obstacles that college students face when they use the libraries. Finding out the reasons why they fell anxiety, and based on the results to improve their learning allaying their anxieties, are one of the important university library research and practice topics. This research was based on self-made scale, took questionnaires of those NCCU students above sophomore, got 474 samples as shown in this research, students of different colleges, grades, the frequency of library use, and whether they attend the "freshmen library tour" show the significant differences of their anxieties. This research suggests that libraries should improve the studies on anxieties study, help readers to get familiar with libraries, and establish convenient and comfortable environment for readers. s. |
