中文摘要 | 本試驗目的在探討添加不同鉛濃度飼糧對乳山羊組織殘留及病理之影響,試驗飼 糧依醋酸鉛之添加量分為四個處理組,一.未添加之對照組,二.添加10ppm組,三.添加100 ppm組,四.添加1000 ppm組,試驗期間定期收集樣品,進行各項分析。試驗結果如下:糞 鉛排泄量隨著日糧中鉛含量之提高而增加(P<0.05)。乳汁鉛含量在第63及91天以後各添加 組雖與對照組有顯著差異(P<0.05),但仍符合食用標準範圍內。血液天冬銨酸轉氨(Aspartate aminotransferase, AST)值,以1000 ppm組顯著較高(P<0.05);在殘留方面,以添加1000 ppm之處理組在肝臟、脛骨、脊椎骨及腎臟的殘留增加(P<0.05),惟肌肉內未發現有殘留; 肝臟病理切片可見嗜酸性核內包涵體及肝細胞空泡化,巨核細胞及變性壞死現象。 |
英文摘要 | The objectives of this study were to evaluate on tissue residue and pathology of dairy goats fed diets at various lead levels. Dairy goats were fed one of four diets: 0(control), 10,100 and 1000 ppm lead. Samples were collected regularly as to perform the various analyses. The results were as follows: The lead content of feces incresed with an increase in dietary dosage. Milk contamination of dairy goats increased significantly from 63 to 91 days after fed diet containing lead supplement. However, the contents are within the acceptable levels. IN additionn, aspartate aminotransferase (AST) level in 1000 ppm group increased significantly. In 1000 ppm lead supplement group, the amount of lead residue found in liver, tibia, vertebra and kidney increased dramatically. Intranuclear inclusion body were found in hepatic cells. Vacuolization, necrosis, regenergetion, binuclear and megalokaryocytes were also found in liver section for goats taking 1000 ppm lead diet. It was safe to consume dairy goats muscle and milk due to no lead residue found in these parts. |
