中文摘要 | 本試驗的目的在探討盤固草(Digitaria decumbens Stent)A254與印度籃莖草 (Dichanthium annulatum(Forsk)Sraft)A70在不同季節及生育日數之植體酚酸含量。 兩種牧草植體之甲醇萃取液經或不經l N NaOH水解後,以乙醞萃取酣類化合物,利用 HPLC分析結果,可檢析出8種酚酸,其中六種屬於苯酸類,即protocatechuic、ρ- hydroxybenzoic、vanillic、m-hydroxybenzoic、resocylic及ο-hydroxybenzoic acid ,兩種屬於肉桂酸類,即ρ-coumaric及ferulic acid,這八種酚酸大部份以酯式的型式 存在。隨著生育日數的增加,植體中的酚酸含量亦大幅增加。不同季節間植體的酚酸含量 並無明確的變化,春與秋季生長初期,盤固草A254(刈割後第二及第四週)之酚酸含量較 印度藍莖草A70為萵,但生長後期(刈割後第六及第八週)則以印度藍莖草A70較高。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to determine the changes in content of phenolic acids in pangolagrass A254 (Digitaria decumbens Stents.) and delhigrass A70 (Dichanthium annulatum (Forsk.) Stapt) plants from different growing days and seasons. Eight phenolic acids in methanol extract of the two grasses containing six benzoic acids (protocatechuic, ρ- hydroxybenzoic, vanillic, m-hydroxybenzoic, resorcylic, and ο-hydroxybenzoic acid) and two cinnamic acids (ρcoumaric and ferulic acids) were detected by using HPLC. Most of the phenolic acids in the extract were in the ester form. The compounds increased with the growing days in all treatments. The effect of different growing seasons on phenolic acid content was not clear. Pangolagrass contained higher phenolic acids than delhigrass in the early stage (2 or 4th weeks after cutting) but lower than delhigrass in the mature stage (6 or 8th weeks after cutting) in both spring and autumn. |
