中文摘要 | 鎝由於具有寬廣的化學性質,已廣泛應用於化學與生物研究領域,其中以鎝-99m 因具備優良的核子特性,目前普遍用在核子醫學器官造影。基於鎝化學及鎝 -99m 臨床藥物 藥理研究與診斷報告在各種學術期刊發表難以計數,本回顧論文僅概述一些鎝同位素(包括 鎝 94m,95m,96, 99 及 99m )之主要產製技術,鎝錯合物晶物結構特徵及鎝 -99m 核醫 藥物在各種器官分類診斷應用。此外,其他同功能研究之同位素核醫藥物亦選擇性在本文提 及。冀望藉由本回顧論文所陳述鎝配位化學、標幟化合物(含單株抗體、胺基酸等)與診斷 研究生物特性之關係,能提供未來開發新鎝核醫藥物之參考。 |
英文摘要 | Owing to the broad range of chemistry, technetium has been used widespread in chemical and biological studies. Especially, �K�饐c, possessing an excellent nuclear property, is presently the most commonly use nuclide in nuclear medicine for organ imagings. A large number of articles, dealing with the studies of Tc chemistry and radiopharmacology as well as the case reports of �K�饐c clinic agents, have been published in literatures. This review simply outlines the main production techniques of some technetium isotopes (ie, Tc-94m, 95m, 96, 99 and 99m), crystal structural features of Tc complexes and the uses of �K�饐c radiopharmaceuticals based on the categories of their diagnostic applications. Some other radiopharmaceuticals except Tc with the equivalent functional studies are also selectively mentioned in the report. This survey, attempting to correlate Tc coordination chemistry and labelled compounds (includes monoclonal antibodies, amino acids etc.) with the biological characteristics in diagnosis, is hopefully to be applied for developing new Tc radiopharmaceuticals in the future. |
