中文摘要 | 近年來HiNet/Internet用戶成長快速,估計未來3年後使用人數將達到3百萬。由於HiNet/Internet的用戶與話務特性與一般公眾網路用戶不同,用戶的快速成長將可能對網路造成很大的衝擊。因此,為了保證網路服務品質,本研究利用CREATE系統所蒐集的市話交換機用戶呼叫記錄資料,來分析HiNet/Internet用戶特性;利用數據分公司所蒐集的臺灣 全區用戶呼叫記錄資料,進行HiNet話務特性分析;二者相互結合,以作為經營者對未來話務疏通與需求規劃的參考。 |
英文摘要 | Recently, the subscribers of HiNet / Internet have grown rapidly and are estimated to reach 3 million after three years. Since the characteristics of HiNet / Internet and their traffic pattern differ from general users of PSTN, the increasing of subscribers will cause a big affection to the PSTN. To assure the quality of network service, in this study, we use the local call records of HiNet / Internet collected from switching by using CREATE system to analyze the behaviors of subscribers of HiNet / Internet, and adopt the global call records collected from Data Communication Departments to investigate the properties of their traffic. Both of the analytical results are incorporated to aid the administration department to improve the service and furthermore, to make the demand planning in the future. |
