中文摘要 | 本篇報告,主要研究微波能量對樹脂包埋盒內部溫度變化。所使用微波頻 率是 2450MHZ,輸出功率為 80 瓦,微波時間 20 分鐘。研究目的是了解包理盒內部不同位 置的溫度與時間變化,並比較不同型式包埋盒內部相對位置溫度變化差異性。結果顯示,兩 種包埋盒內各測溫點, 達到攝氏 65 度的時間為第 5 分鐘到第 9 分鐘, 而達到攝氏 100 度的時間為第 11 分鐘到第 18 分鐘範圍內。 Justy 包埋盒內部五個點相互比較,其溫度 變化有顯著差異,主要落在第 8 分鐘到第 16 分鐘之間; Acron 型包埋盒則落在第 11 分 鐘到第 16 分鐘之間,顯示有明顯差異現象主要發生在純水沸點前後。另外,比較兩型包埋 盒內部相對位置溫度變化差異,發現差異並不顯著。換言之,本研究所使用的兩種不同品牌 包埋盒,在相同條件下,材質並不影響包埋盒內部溫度變化。 |
英文摘要 | The mechanism of microwave heating is that the pola molecules of the heatd substance collide with each other when flipping around in different directions due to the electromagnetic field. These collisions cause heat formation. The home-used microwave oven gives out electromagnetic waves with a frequency of 2450 MHz, which means that the molecules flip nearly 5 billion times a second. A substance heated by a microwave is different compared with the traditional boil-out denture curing method. In traditional boil-out method, the internal temperature is raised by heat conduction from heat derived externally. On the contrary, temperature is raised evenly throughout the flask in microwave heating Therefore, the change of temperature depends on the power of the microwave, the thickness of the acrylic resin, and the acting time of the microwave. In this preliminary study, the power of microwave the set at 80 W with 20 minutes of acting time. From this study of the influence of microwave heating, we noted that: 1. there was no difference between the types of flask used when microwave power was set at 80 W with 20 minutes of acting time. 2.the time range from 5 to 9 minutes was needed before the internal temperature of the flasks reached 65 C and from 11 to 18 minutes was needed to reach boiling point. 3.significant differences of temperature between five testing points in the flask were noted from 8 to 16 minutes and from 11 to 16 minutes respectively. Therefore, we conclude that the main influencing factors of the microwave heating ability in this study were the microwave power, position and acting time, but we still need further evaluation when microwave setting is at a higher power level. |
