中文摘要 | 車輛途程規劃問題在企業中是屬於物流系統( Logistics System )中的短期規 劃問題,其目的在於安排適當的運輸工具,將人或物經由適當的路線,運送至目的地,並符 合企業所定的經營目標。有關配送車輛途程問題,大多數的研究報告皆注重運輸時間和成本 在配送效率上單目標的探討,可是隨著經營理念的改變,企業界也已開始了解員工的重要性 ,追求「企業 -- 員工 -- 顧客」的三贏策略,因為惟有滿意的員工才會有滿意的顧客,也 才能提高企業資源使用效率與競爭力。 本研究有鑒於此,將員工工作負荷平衡的因素(以工作時間來衡量)也納入配送車輛途程問 題考量範圍內,而規劃出兩個同時追求最短距離與員工工作負荷最平衡的多目標整數規劃模 式(模式( U )與( V )),經由模式( U )及( V )之優缺點比較後,本文以模式( V )作為多目標整數規劃模式求解之模型。 本文亦以一範例說明模式( V )與單一目標整 數規劃模式( S )之相異點,即模式( V )之求解時間較模式( S )長, 但在員工工作 負荷方面,模式( V )遠優於模式( S )之結果。考慮了員工工作負荷的結果,將使員工 較易接受公司分派之配送任務,減少了員工在工作負荷之抱怨,相信將有助於提昇業者競爭 力。 |
英文摘要 | In literature, most vehicle routing models usually consider only one objective. That is to minimize the total distribution distance. But, in a modern business environment, employees can be a highly competitive advantage if they are treated fairly and motivated. The purpose of this paper is to build an integer programming model which includes the load-balancing issues among employees. There are two objectives in this model. They are to minimize the total distribution distance and to balance the loads among employees. Based on our test example, we found that a model with load-balancing objective performs much better than the one without load-balancing objective. This implies that a company can increase his customer service level by treating his employee fairly, that is, by giving employee equal load. |
