中文摘要 | 由於複合夾心材已廣泛運用於船舶、航空器、車輛等結構,其衝擊特性等相關課題日益受到重視。然而,目前為止大抵多採用實驗的方式加以探討,相當耗時費力。故希望能建立一套數值分析的工具,以期能在掌握材料行為及結構模型後,能正確有效地探討其衝擊反應。本文採用有限元素軟體ABAQUS,探討夾心材料受到低速圓柱形撞頭衝擊下其衝擊反應與特性。此分析軟體與數值解析方法經過理論解與實驗結果的比較,驗證了其準確性及可行性,如此便可部份取代衝擊實驗分析,減少實驗所需的成本及時間,並彌補理論解析與實驗分析對此類問題了解的不足。本研究將針對在低速衝擊下 (未發生破壞),心材材質對夾心材衝擊反應的影響、數值解析精確度、應力波傳遞、動態靜態反應的異同等問題加以探討。 |
英文摘要 | This study is to analyze the impact behavior of composite sandwich structures under low-velocity impact. Finite element software, ABAQUS, is adopted. After verifying the accuracy on numerical analysis by comparing the numerical results with the theoretical and experimental ones, this analytic procedure then can partly replace the impact tests analysis and reduce the work and time of making experiments, also can provide more knowledge on impact responses than theoretical or experimental analysis. The purpose of this study is to investigate some problems under low-velocity impact (no failure would occur), including the influence of core material on impact behavior of sandwich, accuracy on numerical analysis, the stress wave propagation, and the similarity and difference between dynamic and static responses. |
