中文摘要 | 本研究係以超音波法配合丙酮、DMF (N,N-Dimethylformamide)及 DMSO(Dimethylsulfoxide)三種溶劑萃取樟樹葉片之葉綠素,然後利用葉綠素含量及特性之 變化評估萃取液在室溫及低溫環境下之安定性及保存性。試驗結果顯示,丙酮萃取之葉綠素 在室溫環境下的安定性最好,放置於室內3小時均未產生明顯的變化,其次為DMF的,而 DMSO的最差。至於長時間的保存性,即在4℃之黑暗冷藏櫃中經過32天後,亦以丙酮最 佳,DMF次之,DMSO最差;其中,丙酮萃取液的葉綠素留存率為92%,DMF為90%, DMSO則為87%。 |
英文摘要 | The leaf chlorophyll of Cinnamomun camphora (L.) Presl. was extracted using ultrasonics and either acetone, DMF or DMSO, the chlorophyll content and variation in the spectroscopic characteristics of the chlorophyll extracts were monitored to evaluate the stability and preservability of the chlorophyll in the different extraction solvents. Chlorophyll extracted with acetone was most stable at the ambient condition. Followed by chlorophyll extracted with DMF and chlorophyll extracted with DMSO. There was no noticeable change after keeping the chlorophyll acetone solution in the ambient condition for three hr. For long-term storage in dark, cold (4℃) conditions, the retention of chlorophyll in acetone, DMF and DMSO was 92%, 90% and 87%, repectively. |
