中文摘要 | 傳輸次網路維運控制系統(Transmission SubNetwork Controller:以下簡稱 TSNC)之主要功能是提供傳輸網路之告警監視、故障隔離及復原、網路性能之監視、設備組 構參數及狀態的控制、網路安全性及故障維修派工的管理。開發TSNC系統之目的是希望達到 遠端集中監控傳輸網路之設備及設施,提高網路可用率,節省維護人力;過濾及處理相關之 告警信號,減輕維護人員之負擔;監視網路品質,及早發現網路之劣化,提高網路傳輸之準 確度;遠端集中調度設備電路,縮短調度時間,提升服務品質;電腦化之維運作業方式,便 於查詢統計及分析網路狀態資料,降低維運成本,提昇企業之競爭力。此系統本所正積極開 發中,已於八十四年底完成第一版之開發。本文敘述TSNC開發之緣起、傳輸網路維運與管理 之規劃、TSNC之特徵及主要功能、TSNC之系統架構、軟體設計、結論及參考文獻。 |
英文摘要 | The functionalities of TSNC (Transmission SubNetwork Controller) that developed by TL. are providing the management functions of alarm monitoring、 fault localization、performance monitoring、configuration of equipments and facilities、control of equipments and facilities states、network security and trouble tickets. The purposes of developing TSNC are monitoring the transmission network equipments and facilities remotely and centralizedly to enhance the utilization of transmission network; filtering and correlation the related alarms to reduce the cost of maintenance; monitoring the network performance to improve the quality of transmission network; provisioning the facilities remotely and centralizedly to reduce the response time of the service order; computerizing the workflow of telecommunication maintenance to improve the enterprise competition. This paper describes the reasons why developing TSNC、the plans of management of transmission network、the features and functions of TSNC、the system architecture and software/hardware structure of TSNC. |
