中文摘要 | 本研究主要在於探討國內勞工研究相關系所進行跨校及跨國修課的可能性、迫 切性與適合的課程等,做為未來擴展勞工研究和教學的基礎。本研究的資料蒐集以訪談國 內勞工系所教師對跨校及跨國修課的看法,並對文化大學勞工關係系/勞工研究所、政治 大學勞工研究所、中正大學勞工研究所和大葉大學工業關係系的學生進行問卷調查,以瞭 解勞工研究相關系所學生在跨校及跨國修課的需求。 本研究在教師方面的重要發現包括:教師們多支持跨校及跨國修課的做法、階段性的 實施、應有條件限制、教師應加強電腦網路的技能等。在學生方面的重要發現則為:學生 們顯現強烈的跨校及跨國修課需求、跨校及跨國修課最合適的課程為「人力資源管理與發 展」類、學生應加強電腦網路的技能和外文能力等。 本研究的主要結論為:前往他校進行跨校修課將是勞工研究未來的重要趨勢;勞工研 究各系所特質,影響學生前往他校修課的動機、需求強度和選修課程;遠距教學科技的應 用將是推動跨校修課的重要利器;設備與電腦知能將影響運用電腦網路跨校修課的成效; 國際化乃至於全球化為國內未來勞工領域研究的重要趨勢;強化外國語文能力為國內勞工 研究邁向全球化的重要基礎。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is to investigate the attitudes of students studying in labor relations toward cross -school and cross -nation course taking. In order to fulfill the research purpose, we interviewed faculty of related departments/institutes and conducted a survey, which involved four schools, to collect information. As to the faculty, they support the ideas of cross -school and cross - nation course taking, and suggest to implement the plan progressively, to apply certain restrictions to course taking, and to improve their skills in computer networking. As to the students, they show strong interests in cross- school or cross-nation course taking, indicate that "human resource management/development" are the most appropriate courses, and call for help in improving computer skills and foreign languages. Major findings of this study include cross -school and cross -nation course taking is an important trend in labor studies, institutional characteristics influence students motives and choices, distance learning technology is important, infrastructure, equipment and computer competency will influence learning effectiveness, labor studies in the future will be more internationalization - and globalization -oriented, and the improvement of foreign language competency is fundamental to bridge cultural and national gaps in Taiwan's labor studies. |
