中文摘要 | 為探討三丁基錫 (tributyltin, TBT) 對沿岸性花身雞魚 (Terapon jarbua Forsskal) 之行為及肌肉組織之毒性影響,本實驗利用仔魚 (juvenile) 進行驚嚇反應 (C-startle response) 及運動軌跡記錄,並配合冷凍切片觀察肌肉組織之形態病變。 結果 發現經由 1 及 5 μ g/1 TBT 處理 60 天後成長明顯受到抑制,驚嚇反應行為也由控制組 的 72 ± 7% 分別降到 33 ± 4 及 32 ± 4% (p<0.05),而由運動軌跡分析也呈現游泳能 力明顯受到抑制。肌肉切片則發現經由 1 及 5 μ g/1 TBT 處理後有明顯萎縮 (muscle atrophy) 及壞死的現象,經統計分析其病變程度隨 TBT 濃度增加而愈趨嚴重。 |
英文摘要 | Thornfish Terapon jarbua (Forsskal) juveniles were examined for the growth rate, behavioral response and morphological alteration after 60 days exposure to 1 and 5 μg/1 TBT (tributyltin). The body weight of juvenile thornfish was 0.43 ± 0.08 g to 0.24 ± 0.03, 0.19 ± 0.04 g after 60 days exposure to 0.1 and 5 μ g/1 TBT, respectively. Dose-dependent decrease both in C-startle responses (to flash light stimuli) and the swimming activity, and dose dependent muscle histopathological lesions (atrophy and necrosis) were observed in TBT exposed thornfish. |
