中文摘要 | 本研究旨在編製一套用以評估嬰幼兒認知、語言、動作、社會、自理能力等發展 狀況及行為表現之個別發展測驗, 適用於實足年齡介於 3 個月至 71 個月的一般嬰幼兒或 實足年齡超過此年齡範圍但其發展較一般嬰幼兒遲緩的兒童。本套測驗共有篩選和診斷兩題 本,篩選題本共 87 題,可用來初步決定嬰幼兒是否有「疑似遲緩」情形,若有,則可利用 診斷題本(共 343 題)進一步診斷嬰幼兒在各發展領域的能力及行為表現情形。 本測驗經 預試後, 以臺灣地區北、中、南、東四區 3,703 名嬰幼兒為標準化樣本,建立整體發展及 各發展領域的年齡分數及十八個年齡組的 Z 分數、 百分等級和發展商數等標準分數的發展 常模。評量者係透過直接施測和父母填寫問卷兩種評量方式,收集嬰幼兒的發展及行為資料 。由效度分析結果發現,無論診斷或篩選測驗得分均隨年齡增加而顯著增加,而且內部結構 一致性高。診斷測驗並具有區辨發展遲緩和一般幼兒的功能。診斷測驗的信度則以重測信度 、內部一致性、觀察者信度表示,前兩者結果頗佳,但父母和教師對嬰幼兒社會自理能力的 觀察者間信度較低, 需要注意分數的解釋。 篩選與診斷測驗總分與分測驗間的相關多數在 .95以上。 |
英文摘要 | In this study, the Comprehensive Developmental Inventory was designed and standardized for assessing the development in areas of cognitive, language, motor, social, self-help skills, and behavioral characteristics of youngsters with ages ranged from 3 to 71 months or those who would have developmental delays within the age range. Two sets of tests, the Screening Test and the Diagnostic Test, was included in the Inventory. The Screening Test with 87 items can be used to identify suspected cases of delayed children who are then further diagnosed with the 343 items Diagnostic Test. Direct testing, observations, and self-reports were used to collect developmental and behavioral data of the randomly selected sample of 3,703 youngsters who resided in the Taiwan area. The separated norms of mental age (MA) scores, Z scores, percentile, development quotation (DQ) were established in each developmental area and the global development for eighteen age groups. Further analyses of reliability and validity had demonstrated acceptable results. |
