中文摘要 | 本研究主要在探討十二週體能訓練對婦女健康體能及血脂肪之影響,並瞭解健康 體能與血脂肪之關係。36 位婦女為對象,平均年齡為 38.36 ± 7.67 歲,施以連續 12 週 ,每週兩次各 60 分鐘之體能課程訓練,包括伸展操、有氧運動、重量訓練、韻律舞...... 等。訓練前後測驗健康體能與血脂肪:健康體能測量包括柔軟度、肌力與肌耐力、身體質量 指數、 心肺耐力; 血脂肪包括總膽固醇 (TC)、 三酸甘油酯 (TG)、 高密度脂蛋白膽固醇 (HDL-C) 與低蜜度脂蛋白膽固醇 (LDL-C)。 將所得之數據資料,以 t 考驗與皮爾遜積差相 關進行分析,結果發現: 一、體適能之各組成因素在訓練前後皆有顯著的差異。二、訓練後 ,血液生化值之 TC、TG 並無顯著差異,但 HDL-C 與 LDL-C 則有顯著差異。三、受試者之 柔軟度與肌耐力、心肺耐力、HDL-C、LDL-C;心肺耐力指數與 LDL-C; BMI 與 HDL-C 呈顯 著相關。 TC 與 TG、LDL-C, LDL-C 與 TG 間呈正相關,LDL-C 與 HDL-C 則呈負相關。雖 然運動訓練的結果並不完全一致,但體能訓練對於婦女增進體適能以增加日常生活之能力仍 有正面的助益,若能多利用運動訓練來保持身材與改善血液生化值,對於降低心血管疾病危 險因子的累積應能有一定程度的影響。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study were to understand 12-Weeks physical training on female health-related fitness and Serum Lipids and the relationship between health related fitness and Serum Lipids. Each subject was received 12-weeks physical training and a battery of physical fitness test. The physical fitness test items included:1) flexibitlity, 2) strength and strength endurance, 3) body mass index, 4) cardiorespiratory fitness test. The data are analyzed based on one-way ANOVA and step-wise linear regression. The results show: 1.The flexibility, Strength and Strength Endurance, Body mass index, Cardiorespiratory fitness test of subjects has a positive significant effect of 12-weeks physical training. 2.The study has no significant rleation in TC and TG but HDL-C and LDL-C after training. 3.The samples has significant relation in flexibility, strength endurance, HDL-C, BMI and HDL-C; TC has a positive relative to TG and LDL-C as well as LDL-C to TG; LDL-C has a negative relative to HDL-C. Although the outcomes that of various physical training in the study are not consistent, the physical training has a positive effect on the enhancement of the female physical fitness. The physical training can keep fit and also help to improve the Serum Lipids which has a certain degree of effect on the reducation of heart and blood diseases. |
