中文摘要 | 本研究採用軸翼型靜電旋風集塵器收集飛灰塵粒。飛灰濃度介於0.16~1.34克╱立 方米間。氣體的流量控制在15.8立方米╱分到34.7立方米╱分之間。實驗分別在25千伏電 壓及無電場情況下進行。每組實驗利用雷射粒徑分析儀量測塵粒的粒徑分佈和濃度,求出不 同氣體流量及濃度下旋風集塵器效率,以期了解靜電力對旋風集塵器收集飛灰效率之影響。 實驗結果顯示,靜電旋風集塵器的分級效率比起旋風集塵器有很大的改善效果,尤其在 低流量時對粒徑小於10微米的粉塵更是明顯。隨著流量的增加,改善效果會逐漸降低。 |
英文摘要 | An axial electrocyclone was utilized to collect fly ash. The mass concentration of the fly ash ranged from 0.16 g/m to 1.34 g/m and the flow rates were between 15.8m /min and 34.7 m /min. The applied voltage was fixed at 25KV. By using the particle counter-sizer-velocimeter (P.C.S.V.), the particle concentration size distribution and grade efficiency could be measured under various flow rates. The purpose of this study was to further understand the improvement in cyclone efficiency by applying an electric field. The results showed that the grade efficiency of electrocyclone was more significant for smaller particles under low flow rates. The improvement would decrease as the flow rates increase. |
