英文摘要 | 懷孕第十五天大鼠(Sprague-Dawley)給予每公斤體重60,120,240或360mg單 一劑量的 Ethylenothiourea ( ETU )經胃灌食, 於第二十天剖腹取出鼠胎, 固定於 Bouin's solution 八週,再做正中矢面切片,供光學顯微鏡觀察。 對照組給予蒸餾水服用 , 其他過程與實驗組相同, 結果在每公斤體重給予 360mg 的實驗大鼠胎皆有腦水症( Hydraencephaly )畸型,而對照組無畸型存在。 ETU 對腦水症畸型的致畸型性主要是已發 育腦組織受 ETU 化學破壞而形成。 rimental group, a single intragastric dose of ethylenethiourea (60, 120, 240 and 360 mg/kg of body weight) was given on the 15th day pregnant rats. In the control group, a single intragastric dose of distilled water was given on the same day of gestation. Fetuses were reconvered on day 20 of gestation and prepared for dissection and light microscopy. A high incidence of hydraencephaly were noted in experimental rat fetuses obtained from dams subjected to 360 mg/kg body weight of ETU. Chemically destructive encephalopathy is the cause of hydraencephaly. |
