中文摘要 | 本文研製一套PC-based的動態系統實驗設備,以DC伺服馬達為主要實驗對象。 在硬體電路方面有自製的解碼器和DAC界面卡,並以CPLD元件製作數位型電位計。在軟 體方面是視窗環境以Borland C++Builder為發展工具,開發友善的人機操作界面。整個系統 構成簡單成本低廉,控制器設計採開放式架構而有彈性,它利於日後系統維護與擴充。本系 統很適合於機械類科相關實驗課程,可以提供系統模式化、頻率響應測試、以及PID回授 控制等實驗項目。 |
英文摘要 | A set of PC-based experimental machine for automatic control system is developed in this paper. This machine is mainly based on DC servo motor. In hardware, the system contains of decoder circuit, DAC circuit and CPLD circuit etc., which are made on our own. In software, the control program of the system is developed with Borland C++Builder in Windows 95. This system can be applied to that system modeling, frequency testing, PID controller feedback, and so on. The characteristics of the developed experimental system are friendly for man-machine operation interface and easy to handle. And it has high flexibility if it needs to be changed or redesigned in the future. In general, it is very suitable to be used in the automatic control lab for the mechanical-like departments. |
