中文摘要 | 過去之遊憩區土地使用規劃與開發多偏重資源規劃面,較忽略與其聯外運輸系統 彼此間所造成的影響,導致聯外運輸系統與遊憩需求無法平衡,造成交通擁擠之嚴重問題。 本研究以遊憩區聯外道路之服務水準( Level of Service )作為遊憩區聯外運輸系統之考 慮要項,使用多目標規劃方法,構建遊憩區土地使用與聯外運輸系統之整合模式。並於救解 過程中, 於不同目標的權衡( Trade-off )與考量下,獲致遊憩需求、資源保育、經濟效 益以及聯外運輸系統的最佳平衡,求得各類土地之最適開發量。最後以大坑風景區作為實證 分析,結果令人滿意。 |
英文摘要 | In the past research, they laid particular stress on resource planning in developing the land use in recreation area, but neglected the effects caused by the transportation systems. Thus, the outside-allied transportation systems and the needs of recreation can not be balanced. And this resulted in the problem of traffic jams. In this paper, the level of service of outside-allied roads for recreation area is taken into account. A multiobjective model which combines the objective of land-use of recreation area with the outside-allied transportation system is proposed. According to trade-off in various objectives and to the satisfaction of transportation condition, the optimal solution of developing areas can be obtained. In various categories of land-use, these four objectives are compromised: (a) the maximum satisfaction of recreation needs; (b) the maximum of resource conservation; (c) the maximum of economic benefit and (d) the maximum of service level of outside-allied transportation systems. Finally, the empirical study of Da Keng recreation is analyzed and the result is satisfactory. |
