中文摘要 | 鏈球菌症已成世界與本省的重要危害養殖魚類的細菌症,它在本省的高感染率位 於每年的 6 月∼ 12 月之間。 引起烏魚本身性敗血症的非溶血性鏈球菌對烏魚養殖的危害 甚巨,造成每日死亡 50 ∼ 300 尾之巨。 5 株對含 5 %羊血的培養基上生長呈 "r" 型溶 血的非溶血性鏈球菌,分別於 1990 年的 6 月、9 月、10 月、11 月與 1992 年的 8 月從 養殖烏魚肝中分離到。病魚的外觀為体表與各鰭基部的出血,內部的病症主要在肝的嚴重濃 瘍與腸的點狀出血。 菌在 BHI 及含血培養基上生長,而無法在 Mac Conkey 及 SS 培養基 上生長,菌落大小直徑在 0.2 ∼ 0.5 mm 之間,生長緩慢,很難刮取。 病理傷害主要在肝 :造成肝的大小不等、區城性的組織濃瘍而成空隙,肝細胞的空泡化衰退,肝的靜脈及微血 管的擴張與嚴重瘀血。 對 Tetracyline 抗生素,5 株菌均具很高的敏感性,對烏魚均具絕 對的病原性,不論以浸泡或注射的感染方法均可使烏魚感染而不用施加任何緊迫,且被攻擊 的死亡魚外表徵狀似自然感染者。以 Tetracycline 20ppm 來浸泡治療人工感染鏈球菌魚, 可收 100 %的療效,以 50 毫克 / 每公斤魚体重 / 每天的 Tetracyline 之劑量,經口投 予 5 ∼ 7 天,可控制住自然感染的非溶血性鏈球菌症危害。 |
英文摘要 | The streptococcosis has become a major hazardous bacterial disease of cultured fish in the world. In Tawian, the occurrence of this disease peaks between June and December. The non-bemolyticStreptococcus that cause systemic septicemia on the mullet is the major threat to the mullet culture, it kills 50 to 300 fishes a day. The pathogens isolated from the liver oof the diseases mullets in June, September, October and November of 1990 and August of 1992, respecively, were cultured on containing 5% defibrinated goat RBC blood agar medium, they exhibited r-hemolysis. The diseased fish had hemorrhage on the body surface and bases of the fins on the exterior, and severe ulcer on the liver and spotty hemorrhage on the intestine in the interior. The facteria could grow on BHI and blood agar medium, but failed to grow on Mac Conkey or SS medium. The colony was 0.2 to 0.5mm in diameter, slow to grow, and difficult to scrape.The major pathological effects were found in the liver, causing: size difference, empty spaces due to regional ulcer on the tissue, reduction of vacuolization in hepatocytes, dilation of hepatic veins and capillaries, and severe congestion. All fvie isolates were highly sensitive to Tetracycline and pathogenic to the mullet regardless of treatment with either bathing or injection. The artificially infected fishes appeared like naturally infected ones, and can be cured with 100% efficiency by bathing the infected fish in the water with 20 ppm Tetracycline. The naturally occurring non-hemolytic streptococcosis can be controlled with an oral application of a dose of 50 mg/Kg body weight/day Tetracycline for 5 to 7 days. |
